Some specific pests problems only require one or two treatments to resolve the issue while many general pests will continue to return time after time resulting in a possible infestation that can get out of control leading to added stress, frustration, damage, contamination, repairs and a more costly treatment solution to bring the problem under control.

The best way to maintain control of common pests is to enroll in our Green Service Plan and for additional protection from termites, consider enrolling in our Termite Service Plan.

Green Service Plan

Our Green Service Plan is designed to "Aid in the Reduction" of many common insects found on your property like ants, spiders, millipedes, earwigs, box elders, beetles, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, wasp and more.  Mouse control is offered using non-toxic baits, exclusion tactics and repellents.
                             
Treatments are applied Bi-Monthly (every other month) to the exterior of your home's foundation, under eaves and overhangs, porches and decks, around windows and doors, lawn and landscape areas, outdoor entertainment areas and other key areas on your property reducing pests activity. 
 
We offer a re-treatment guarantee to properties that remain free from pest harboring conditions with this service plan (limits apply).

Interior treatments, bee nest removal, wood destroying insect, attic, crawl space, basement, inspections and special services are available for an added charge.

Termite Service Plan & Treatment

Termites invade over 5 Million homes nationwide each year and cause more than
5 Billion dollars in damage often not covered by property insurance policies. 

Termites can cause excessive damage that can go undetected for months or years until evidence shows that an infestation exists resulting in costly repairs and an extensive treatment needed.  Termites work around the clock regardless of the weather or temperature and studies show that around 80% of structures will have a termite infestation at some point.

We offer a Termite Service Plan using a unique termite treating process that will eliminate active termites and prevent future infestations.  Not all structures are the same, so we customize the treatment process using a combination of soil applications, inner wall and concrete slab injections plus install termite bait stations for monitoring activity and control of termites.

Trelona Termite Baiting System
& Termidor HE Products 
Termites cross through a treated area (liquid or bait) picking up the product and transferring this growth inhibitor to other termites within the colony eliminating all of the termites.  We use Termidor HE (contains Fipronil at a low mixing rate) and Trelona Baiting System (contains Novaluron), both are made by BASF company, the leaders in professional termite control products. 

Annual Inspections are recommended because the conditions around your business or home may change from year to year causing a disruption in continued termite protection or prevention. 

We require an Annual Inspection to extend any guarantees awarded with our prevention plan or treatments that have been applied.
