Some specific pests problems may require only one or two treatments to resolve the issue while many general pests will continue to return time after time resulting in a possible large infestation leading to added stress, damage, possible contamination of food and a will require a more costly treatment to bring the problem under control.

The best way to prevent and maintain control of many common pests is to enroll in our Green Service Plan and for additional protection from termites, we offer a Termite Treatment Service Plan.

Green Service Plan

Our Green Service Plan using Nature-Cide products made from cedar oil blended with cinnamon is designed to "Aid in the Reduction" of many common pests on the exterior of your property like ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, beetles, wood roaches, box elders, earwigs, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, mice, snakes and more.  Mouse control also includes Rat-X brand baits if needed.

Treatments are applied on a Bi-Monthly (every other month) schedule to the exterior of the foundation, under eaves and overhangs, porches and decks, around windows and doors, lawn and landscape areas, outdoor entertainment areas, children and pet play areas, sheds and other key areas on your property. 
 
Interior treatments including attics and crawlspace areas, bee nest removal, wood destroying insect,  inspections and special services are available for an added charge if needed.

Termite Service Plan & Treatment

Termites invade over 5 Million homes nationwide each year and cause more than 5 Billion dollars in damage often not covered by property insurance policies. 

Termites cause excessive damage that can go undetected for months or even years until evidence shows that an infestation exists resulting in costly repairs and an extensive treatment needed.  Termites work around the clock regardless of the weather or temperature and studies show that around 80% of structures will have a termite infestation at some point.

We offer a Termite Service Plan using a unique termite treating process that will eliminate active termites and prevent future infestations.  Not all structures are the same, so we customize the treatment process using a combination of liquid injections plus installing a termite baiting system that we can monitor and control termites effectively without harming the environment.  

Termite Treatment

Termites cross through a treated area (liquid or bait) picking up the product and transferring this growth inhibitor to other termites within the colony eliminating all of the termites.  

Conditions around your business or home may change from year to year causing a disruption in continued termite protection or prevention which is why we require an Annual Inspection to extend any guaranteed offered after a treatment has been completed.
