Some pests issues can be resolved with just one or two treatments like an ant infestation or a removing a bee nest. 

The best way to maintain control of common pests issues is to enroll in our Green Service Plan and for prevention of the damage termites can cause, you should consider enrolling in our Termite Prevention Plan. 

Green Service Plan

Our Green Service Plan will greatly "Aid in the Reduction" of common pests found on your property using Green Products & Safe Methods combined with Integrated Pest Management practices.

The first initial service includes sealing all entry points to keep pests out of your home and recommendations you can make to reduce pests harboring conditions to get the best results possible from our treatments applied. 

We continue with Bi-Monthly Service (every other month) applying treatments around the foundation, eves and overhangs, porches and decks, doors and windows, vents and other points of entry, entertainment areas including outdoor kitchens, around pools and spas, lawn and landscape areas, sheds, children and pet play areas......Pretty Much Everywhere!

Interior treatments, bee nest removal, wood destroying insect treatments, crawlspace and basement inspections are available for an additional charge.

*  The average cost for Bi-Monthly Service of a small home (40 x 28) and property size of (90 x 90). 

Termite Treatment & Prevention Plan 

Termites invade over 5 Million homes nationwide each year and cause more than
5 Billion dollars in damage often not covered by property insurance policies. 

Termites can cause excessive damage that can go undetected for months or years until evidence shows that an infestation exists resulting in costly repairs and an extensive treatment needed.  Termites work around the clock regardless of weather or temperature and studies show that around 80% of structures will have a termite infestation at some point.

We offer a unique termite treating process that will eliminate active termites and prevent future infestations.  Not all structures are the same so we customize the treatment process using a combination of soil treatments, baiting systems, inner wall and concrete slab injections treatments.

Annual inspections are offered as part of our extended guarantee for piece of mind that your treatment will continue to work as the conditions around your home may change from year to year (Annual Inspections are a separate charge).

Termites cross through a treated area (liquid or bait) picking up the product and transferring this growth inhibitor to other termites within the colony eliminating all of the termites.

Besides termites, there are many other insects that can destroy your home or business that we classify as Wood Destroying Insects.  These insects include carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wood bore beetles and wood fungus. 

Depending on how extreme the infestation is, where the infestation is located and has the wood been coated with paint--stain--poly type material will determine how a treatment can be applied.  In some cases, treatment of certain wood destroying insect infestation can not be achieved using typical products and may require a fumigation gas treatment or tenting which we do not offer due to licensing and safety factors.
